2011 Aims and Goals
2010 was my first full calendar year in my new job at FACE Recording & Measurement Systems. To date, this job has provided me with the incentive to learn so much more both professionaly and personally. At the end of 2009 I experienced dissapintment as I felt as though I had not learned as much as I would have liked and not improved my skill set as much as I should have done. There were various reasons for this, but one thing I wanted to make sure was I would not experience the same feeling again.
2010 was a year of finding my feet as with all new jobs there’s that two month period of getting to know your new collegues, getting to know the job and finding out if your going to fit in. As a result, 2011 would be my year to grow, learn and hopefully feel satisfied come the end of the year.
